Vendor & Professional Policy

By registering as a professional you confirm that:

• You are legally allowed to operate your business in the UAE.
• You hold any trade licenses, veterinary registrations or municipal approvals required for your activity.
• All information provided about your business is accurate and current.

• Use your real registered business name, location and contact details.
• Photos and descriptions must reflect the services and facilities you actually provide.
• Keep prices, opening hours and availability up to date so users get a reliable experience.

PetConnect may request a copy of your trade license or professional registration to display a verified badge on your profile. Submitting these documents is voluntary, but the verified badge can only be shown to businesses we have reviewed.

• Honour the bookings and quotes you accept through PetConnect.
• Communicate clearly about pricing, scope of service and timelines before starting any work.
• Treat every animal in your care humanely and to the standards expected by UAE veterinary and welfare authorities.

• Customers may leave honest reviews about your services. We do not remove reviews simply because they are negative.
• If a dispute arises, try to resolve it directly with the customer first; PetConnect support can step in when needed.

PetConnect does not verify professional licenses unless explicitly stated. You remain solely responsible for the legality and quality of every service you offer. We may remove or suspend any vendor profile that violates this policy or UAE law.
